Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, how long delivery takes, and how much it costs. If your question isn't answered here, email support@norwella.com.

Where we ship

We currently ship to:

  • United Kingdom — England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland
  • United States — all 50 states + Washington DC

We plan to extend to the European Union, the European Economic Area (Switzerland, Norway, Iceland), and Canada in future. Email support@norwella.com if you're interested in a specific region — it helps us prioritise.

We do not currently ship to:

  • BFPO (British Forces Post Office) addresses
  • US APO/FPO military addresses
  • PO Box addresses
  • Channel Islands and Isle of Man (planned for future)
  • US territories (Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, etc.) — planned for future

Norwella VIP Club members receive free standard shipping on every order, with no minimum spend, in both regions.

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout, with any applicable taxes included.

Delivery times

United Kingdom

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 as our standard service.

United States

We use USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground as our standard service (selected based on origin and destination).

Orders placed before 2pm local time Monday–Friday are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends are dispatched the next business day.

We don't dispatch on UK public holidays (for UK orders) or US federal holidays (for US orders).

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we send a dispatch confirmation email with:

  • Tracking number
  • Carrier (Royal Mail for UK · USPS or UPS for US)
  • Link to track delivery

You can also log into your account at norwella.com/account to see order status.

If you don't receive a tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder. If it's not there, email support@norwella.com.

Estimated delivery dates

Estimated dates are exactly that — estimates. They assume normal carrier service and no exceptional circumstances. Most orders arrive within the estimated window, but occasional delays can happen because of:

  • Carrier strikes or service disruptions (Royal Mail in UK · USPS/UPS in US)
  • Extreme weather
  • High-volume periods (Black Friday, Christmas)
  • Address or recipient issues (please double-check your address at checkout)

If your order is significantly late, email us — we'll investigate with the carrier and either re-send or refund.

Risk and ownership

Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the order is delivered to the address you provided.

If your order is lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date
  • We will investigate with the carrier (Royal Mail for UK · USPS or UPS for US)
  • If confirmed lost, we re-send your order or refund you in full

If your order is delivered to the wrong address because you provided incorrect details, you may need to pay for re-delivery.

Damaged or missing items on arrival

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, email support@norwella.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damage or packaging
  • Description of what's missing

We will dispatch a replacement at no cost to you, or refund the value of the affected item — your choice.

We can't process damage claims after 48 hours from delivery, so please check your order promptly.

Address changes after ordering

If you need to change your shipping address:

  • Before dispatch (within ~2 hours of order): email support@norwella.com immediately and we'll try to update before the order ships. We can't guarantee changes once we've sent the order to the warehouse.
  • After dispatch: we cannot redirect packages in transit. You'll need to wait for the order to arrive at the original address, or arrange forwarding via the carrier (Royal Mail in UK · USPS or UPS in US).

To avoid this, please double-check your address before placing your order.

Taxes

United Kingdom

Prices for UK customers are displayed in GBP (£). Applicable taxes (including UK VAT where applicable) are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

United States

Prices for US customers are displayed in USD ($). Applicable state and local sales taxes are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Future international shipping

When we begin shipping to the European Union, EEA (Switzerland, Norway, Iceland), or Canada in future, applicable VAT, GST, or customs duties (where applicable) will be calculated and disclosed at checkout.

Member benefits

If you join the Norwella VIP Club (£29.90/month for UK members · $29.90/month for US members · after a 21-day free trial):

  • Free standard shipping on every order, with no minimum (Royal Mail Tracked 48 in UK · USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground in US)
  • Priority dispatch (same-day on orders placed before 2pm local time)
  • Early access to new product drops (typically 7 days before public release)
