These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of norwella.com (the "Site") and any purchases you make through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About us
Norwella is a trading name of ABN GLOBAL SALES LLC, a limited liability company organised under the laws of the State of Florida, United States (EIN: 32-0827383), with its principal place of business at 6407 Magnolia St, Milton, FL 32570, USA.
In these Terms, "Norwella", "we", "us", and "our" refer to ABN GLOBAL SALES LLC. "You" and "your" refer to the person using the Site or placing an order.

2. Using the Site
By using the Site, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old, or you are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms.
- You are a legal resident of the United Kingdom or the United States (we currently ship to both regions · expansion to the EU, EEA, and Canada is planned for future).
- The information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms.
3. Creating an account
You may create an account on the Site to manage your orders, save addresses, and access your membership portal (if applicable).
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your account password confidential
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use
You can delete your account at any time by contacting support@norwella.com.
4. Products and pricing
Prices on the Site are displayed in British Pounds (£) for UK customers and US Dollars ($) for US customers, based on your detected location at checkout. Applicable taxes (UK VAT, US state and local sales tax, customs duties where applicable) are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Product images, descriptions, and specifications are provided for illustrative purposes. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee that colour displays on your device will match the actual product.
We reserve the right to:
- Change product prices at any time
- Limit the quantity of any product per order
- Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (with full refund of any payment taken)
If a pricing error occurs (for example, an obvious mispricing), we will contact you before processing your order. You may then choose to confirm the order at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.
5. Orders and contract formation
When you place an order:
- We will send you an order acknowledgement email confirming receipt. This does not form a contract.
- A binding contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email confirming your order has shipped (or, for memberships, when we confirm enrollment).
- If we are unable to fulfil your order (out of stock, payment issue, suspected fraud), we will email you and refund any payment taken.
6. Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express debit and credit cards
- Shop Pay
- PayPal
- Google Pay and Apple Pay
- Other payment methods displayed at checkout
Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments / Stripe. We do not store your full card details. All transactions are encrypted using industry-standard TLS.
If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed. You will need to update your payment method and try again.
7. Membership and recurring subscriptions
If you enrol in a membership programme (such as the Norwella VIP Club), additional terms apply. These are set out in our Membership Agreement (separate document).
Key points:
- The Norwella VIP Club is offered as an add-on to qualifying products and appears in your cart with a clear "Remove from order" button before you complete checkout. By completing checkout without removing the membership, you consent to enrolment on the terms set out in the Membership Agreement.
- We disclose the trial period (21 days free), the monthly fee (£29.90 for UK members · $29.90 for US members), and the auto-renewal terms clearly above the Place Order button, with an attention notice, before you finalise your order.
- You can cancel at any time via your account portal or by email — no phone call required, no questionnaire, no friction.
- A pre-renewal reminder is sent 3 days before each charge.
- Member digital benefits (discount code, member shipping, drop access, monthly content, portal access) are delivered immediately upon enrolment. As a result, membership fees for periods where benefits were available are generally non-refundable, except where required by law — see Membership Agreement Sections 7 and 9.
- Your non-waivable statutory rights under UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and applicable US federal and state consumer protection laws are preserved.
8. Shipping and delivery
Our shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy (separate document).
In summary:
- We currently ship to the United Kingdom and the United States
- Free standard shipping on orders over £30
- Standard delivery 1–3 business days via Royal Mail Tracked
- Prices in GBP for UK · USD for US · taxes calculated at checkout
Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the address you provide. If your order is lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will investigate with the carrier.
9. Returns, refunds, and your statutory rights
Our return and refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy (separate document).
In summary:
- 14-day right of withdrawal (CCR 2013): you may cancel any order without reason within 14 days of receipt and receive a full refund.
- 30-day money-back guarantee: a Norwella commitment in addition to your statutory rights — try the product for 30 days, and if it's not for you, we refund and you keep the box.
- Faulty goods: your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are preserved in full — including the 30-day short-term right to reject for faulty goods, repair or replacement, and a final right to reject.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, images, product names, branding, logos, and the trademark "Norwella" and product trademarks such as "ColorShift PAP+ Sachet™" — is owned by Norwella or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any of this content without our prior written consent.
You may share product images and content for personal, non-commercial use (for example, on social media), provided you credit Norwella.
11. User-generated content
If you post reviews, comments, or other content on the Site or our social channels:
- You retain ownership of your content
- You grant Norwella a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, and display your content for marketing and operational purposes
- You confirm that your content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe any third-party rights
We may remove content at our discretion if it is unlawful, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.
12. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates UK law
- Engage in fraudulent or deceptive activity
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or our systems
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the Site
- Interfere with the Site's operation or with other users
We reserve the right to take any action we consider appropriate, including legal action, in response to violations of these Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Site at any time.
Termination does not affect rights and obligations that have already accrued (such as orders already placed).
14. Disclaimers
The Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties beyond those required by law.
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by anything in these Terms. This includes your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as applicable).
15. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Breach of your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015
- Any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under UK law
Subject to the above, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you have paid to Norwella in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as loss of profits or business opportunities) except where such liability cannot be excluded under UK law.
16. Force majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, war, terrorism, labour disputes, power or internet outages, or failures of third-party suppliers. If a force majeure event continues for more than 30 days, either party may terminate the affected obligation.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes that affect your rights, we will:
- Email you at least 30 days before the changes take effect, and
- Post a prominent notice on the Site
Your continued use of the Site after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.
18. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
For UK and EU consumers: your local consumer protection laws (including the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) continue to apply and are not excluded by this clause. You may bring consumer disputes in your local courts and we will not contest that jurisdiction.
We do not require you to submit disputes to arbitration. We do not waive your right to bring a claim in court.
For corporate or commercial disputes, the courts of Santa Rosa County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
20. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and (if applicable) Membership Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Norwella regarding your use of the Site. They supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
