Which plug does it come with?

How long does a full tank last?
About 30 minutes of continuous steaming on the low setting, or 20 minutes on high. Enough for a full week's worth of shirts before a refill.
Is it safe on silk and delicate fabrics?
Yes. The ceramic plate produces dry steam only — no water droplets — which is what makes it safe on silk, viscose, and rayon. We still recommend testing on a hidden seam the first time, as with any steamer.
Can I use it on a suit blazer?
Yes — this is where a handheld steamer shines. Hang the blazer, hold the FlashSteam Pro about 2cm from the fabric, and glide down the panel. Works far better than a traditional iron for structured shoulders.
Will it trip my breaker?
At 1200W it draws roughly 11 amps on 110V — safely below a standard US 15-amp circuit. Same power draw as a typical toaster.
How do I clean it?
Empty the tank after each use and run one cycle of distilled water through it every month or so to keep the ceramic plate clear of limescale. Full descaling instructions in the manual.
Does the warranty cover the tank or cable?
Yes — the 1-year warranty covers all functional parts (heater, tank, cable, display, buttons) against manufacturing defects. Wear on the silicone mat is not covered. Selecting the Complete Kit at checkout adds 180 extra days at no charge.
